Default Carb Load Amount

I took the last 6 days off from any heavy training. I spent 2 half hour sessions doing some cardio (light powercleans) and played golf 3 times. I cut my CHO intake to around 150-200 grams per day for the last 6 days, and was wondering how many carbs you think I need to re-fill my glycose stores. I don't need a number, just a feel.

I'm loading today and tomarrow... I'm estimating around 50 or 60 grams at each meal every 2 hours untill i go lift.

Any opinions?

you don't need to. It doesn't sound like you did anything to deplete yourself. At 150-200g of carbs a day you should still be at full. If you try to carb load all you'll do is get spill over.

golf = 3 hours of walking
*3 = 9 hours of walking

+ cardio powercleans = I have no idea what it would take for you to replenish your stores.

Thanks for the input. It is an ambiguous question. I think I will just keep eating carbs at every meal for the next two days. That should do it.
