Default Carb Cycling

Anyone had success with this? I'm looking at a program I spose you'd call it whereby carb intake is adjusted over a five day cycle - the basic premise laid out was something like 150g on day one, 100g day two, 50g day three, 125g day four, and 200g day five. I can see how the theory works; has anyone had any real success doing this stuff? Just interested to see before I try it - my cut isn't doing too bad at the moment, but if I could find a more effective way I'd be happy to have a crack at it.

since no one else is responding, I suppose I will.

I havn't had any personal experience with it. The closest I come is lowering my carb intake on off days and on a second consecutive off day (while cutting) I do only 2 carbs meals.

The principle seems effective. Give it a try.
