| is missing heavy pulls | okay heres my new diet What do you guys think My protein Shake has 46 grams of protein and thats all no fat no carbs Meal 1- 6:00 AM 3 eggs 2 pices of toast 3 cups of Milk banana Multi Vit, Calcium, Fishoils Meal 2- 8:30 am Wardog Weight Gain Bar (469 cals 26 gram fat(good fats from pb) 21 grams carb 28 gram protein) 30 pistachio's banana Meal 3- 10:10 am Turkey Sandwhich(2 pices of bread, 6 oz of turkey, Lettuce, Tomato) Yogurt Apple Meal 4( PRE WORKOUT)-2:30pm .5 cups of brown rice Protein Shake 1 Pice of bread Meal 5(POST WORKOUT)-6:00 pm 1 cup oatmeal 1 powerbar Protein Shake Apple Anti Oxidents Meal 6- 7:30 What ever is served For Example 1 chicken breast 1 sweetpotato 2 cups of green beans 1 cup Milk Meal 7- 9:00-10:00 1 can tuna Casein Protein Shake 1 tablespoon olive oil Multi Vit, Calcium, Fishoils Calories: 5117 Fat 111 Grams 19% Carbs 595 Grams 45% Protein 443 Grams 36% Meals 2-5 are at school so i have to have foor that can sit in my back pack all day and can be eaten cold

You are right. You are the lightest in the morning due to a lowered amount of glycogen and water in your muscles. The most accurate time to weight yourself is aftering urinating first thing in the morning. Personally, I like to take a three day average simply because I weigh more on the mornings after I workout than I do on the mornings of a training day.
