Your welcome let me know if you need any more help. You can still have bread if you want, but just throwing some variety in there for ya. Make sure its whole grain bread if you have it.

Ha... i feel your pain BigD... I live for the day my metabolism slows... and I am not even a whole lot of ecto...

The diet looks good. I like they way you have incorperated all the fats into the diet. At five grand, that is an essentiality. May I suggest some red meat or some steel cut oats?

Don't forget your multi

I forgot to post the caloric breakdown for my new diet

Calories 6027
Fat 170 25%
Carb 666 42%
Protein 485 33%

I might want to get some more and cut out some fat. All my fats are good ones

Man I got more to learn than I thought. I started my so called "bulking" last week and lost 5lbs! It isn't that I'm not eating enough food, I'm just not taking in enough calories.

Big D, I might have to steal your menu from above to help me gain the weight I want.

If u need the kcals, then eat the Powerbar.... just don't rely on it for you primary source of kcals. Being such an ecto, you can eat a little dirtier than most.

Go figure this out. I weigh myself this morning, first thing.....198lbs. I get home from work, I weigh 204. 7lbs difference between morning and afternoon. I started out at 203, so I ask the wife, did I gain 1lb, or 6lbs? She laughs at me like I'm an idiot. Says people always weigh less in the morning than in the evening. So we will see what the scales say next week. I'm gonna stay on my current diet to see how it goes.

I know, personally, I fluctuate 11 lbs during the day.

You are right. You are the lightest in the morning due to a lowered amount of glycogen and water in your muscles.

The most accurate time to weight yourself is aftering urinating first thing in the morning. Personally, I like to take a three day average simply because I weigh more on the mornings after I workout than I do on the mornings of a training day.
