Depends on how low you want your carbs to be. I consider 1 egg to have 1 gram of carbs. Thus, if I eat 12 eggs then that's 12 grams of carbs. Of course the carb is actually in the yolk and I wouldn't, or couldn't, eat 12 whole eggs.

Just eat the whites.

under 50g of carbs a day is considered no carb when dieting.

eggs are low carb quality protien period.

ANYTHING protien - chicken, beef, fish, whey
also
nuts, veggies
