Everything I get is on that list, excluding supplements.

I would add green tea to drink under vitamins, and cottage cheese for protein (aka the casein protein).

I've found sprouted wheat bagels in my mom's fridge a couple of times, very clean ingredients. Taste good too.

And thanks to everyone who contributed, I obviously forgot quite a few things so once we feel confident we covered pretty much everything, i'll post up a sticky for newer people as a bit of a checklist to use. Pick a few things from each category and try to avoid things not found on the list.
Oh, and thats right I forgot about Ostrich and Ostrich eggs.

parmesan, romano, etc. are good too; lots of flavor packed into a tiny package.

those little sweet cherry tomatoes are great too...just throw some in a bowl and snack!

Yes they do. You can find them with all the other bagels in the bread section of a supermarket...even Walmart has them...I think the're by SarahLee or Thomases. Tons of protein and fiber in one bagel.

Haha, nice list. Wasn't having as much luck myself when I made a similar list. Although I was able to get a few replies. I'll grab the ones that weren't mentioned and put them in this thread:

powerman2000:
- Yams
- some steaks
- Orange Roughy

Apootheosis:
- Ground pork (lean)
- Lamb or beef
- Special K Low Carb Eggos
- Cereal
