Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | great list! Im a fan of low-fat cheese and cottage cheese sources for casienate protien (small amounts). Water and Vitamin-C powder on my list. i eat western omelettes often so I pick up eggs, ham, peppers, onions, & cheese. |
