Default bodybuilder pizzas

they're these fat free pizzas. they look pretty good. take a look around the rest of the site to find out more about how they're made and stuff. this guy and his wife are both bodybuilders and they made up the pizzas:

Acceptable as an off season snack, but they don't have any other real use. Not your best source of protein as you would have to eat three of them to get enough for one meal. The carbs are high GI bleached carbs, not a good source for carbohydrates. As a general rule most foods marketed as "fat free" or "low calories" aren't really that healthy for you. Again, it's a cheat meal, but if you want to cheat with pizza why not just use the real deal?

That's exactly what we do in the offseason.

We take two low fat, whole wheat tortillas and spread some tomato sauce between them and stack them on top of each other. ( Two makes a thicker "crust" than using one )

Then, on top of the tortillas we spread:

Another layer of Tomato sauce
Fat Free Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
Grilled Chicken ( We grill the chicken first )
Sliced Onions, Red and Green Peppers,
Kendra likes mushrooms also, but not me.

We then place the pizzas in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese and slightly brown the tortillas.

The whole pizza ends up yielding about 80 grams complex carbs and way over 100 grams protein, with almost no fat.

Good stuff, especially when you are keeping it healthy..
