Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | Im about to go do some shopping and i want to make some protein bars, now ive read like 20 recipees, but i would like one that tastes good, and is good for cutting. I got protein powder, oats, skim milk, honey, cinammon, and im going to go to the supermarket to get extra ingredients. Can any of you recomend ones that taste great ?? BTW what is splenda, i dont think we have that hear in aus?? What would an equivalent be ? ![]()

| New Member | One big difference is that you can substitute Splenda for sugar on a one-to-one basis. With Equal, you have to make a substitution, which can change the chemistry of your recipe, since you use less "dry" ingredient this way (assuming the original recipe called for sugar). |
