| Pro Stature | It doesn't catabolize your muscles from what I know. It's just a lot of empty calories so you'll get fat quick. It's just like having cans of soda, empty calories. |

You won't GROW if u drink, but you shouldn't shrink either as long as you're diet is fine beyond that. When I do drink (maybe once per month), I chase with milk.

Since the bopdy can't store alcohol, it has to metabolise it immediately. Which means that metabolism of anything else in your system is put on hold. This is why it is easy to get fat when you drink a lot -- it's much more complex than just consuming "empty" calories. | |

| Pro Stature | Thought I'd post this since I just read this recently. I'm not quoting this because I can't find the link but I read that alcohol, especially beer, loweres testosterone and eats away muscle tissue. |

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Yeah beer is made with HOPS, which like soy and a few other things does promote estrogen, which lowers testosterone levels, which isn't what us men want. Also estrogen causes more fat storage.
