don't you believe GI is overated? I guess not. Maybe I'm the only one who sees the sludge in your stomach all looking the same. (minimal difference after nutrient mixing. Especially if you add some veggies.)

I agree but on his "cut diet" they are not allowed. And yes GI is overrated but I will still not eat white rice and potatoes etc.

i hear ya. you know what's up. I like sweet potato PWO. 7 grams of sugar and the rest is starch. IMO potato and rice are great PWO without a fat and with a fast protein. The lack of fat and WHOLE protein allows the potato/rice to absorb at a... moderate??.... rate?

I don't believe in the shake thing, but I similarly don't believe a full blown cpf meal should be taken.

On the oat subject... well... I'll get the book. But I'm done cutting for the next 10 months or so.
