Default Anyone Want to Help Me with My Diet

I am looking for someone to help me with my diet. For those who know me, you would already know i need some help with my diet as i barely make any improvements and its due to my diet.

for those who don't know me, i'm 18 years old, 167cm (around 5'6") and hovering around 50kg (110lbs). So you can see i need to pack on mass.

i have a very fast metabolism, and due to my training for track, this will make my need for calories even higher.

so if anyone will like to help me, that would be the best ever. however, i can't really afford to pay ya lol. but anyway, anyone???

if youve never been eating 5-6 times a day try this, to make it easy and simple:
youre 110lbs so the last thing we worry about is getting too fat. cook around a pound of brown rice, open a can of tuna, cook some fish and your favourite red meat. now divide all the stuff onto 4-5 plates and add some vegetables (broccoli is nice and simple) and wrap the plate with plastic foil and put it in the fridge - take out and microwave when youre about to eat one of them, add some dressing to make it taste really good.
all you have to do after preparing it is take out of the fridge, warm up and eat. if youre very busy/going out hunting for women then you could make a whole wheat sandwitch with some meat in it, lettuce and your favourite dressing.
the less stressful it is the bigger the chances are of you being successful with it.

after a while youll notice why there are "typical bbing meals".. eggs and oats fit for breakfast, eggs serve you protein and oats with carbs and fiber, have some egg yolks and you have your fats too...
the standard chicken/rice steak/rice... protein and carb meals as simple as they can be.
cottage cheese and peanut butter... slow protein and lots of healthy fats before bed..
dextrose followed by a scoop of whey post workout cause its easier to have a shake than carrying a full meal, and dextrose is a much faster carb so is whey.. it all comes by itself youll realize more and more.. you might notice you have a really fast metabolism and need 5k+ cals to gain weight and recover properly, if so then so be it, youll learn slowly what foods to eat to pack down those cals without spending your life in the kitchen... (lots of steak with cheese on it is an example... add peanuts every time you wok something...)
you can use something like fitday to see how many cals, pro/fat/carb youre getting etc to make sure youre on the right path..

pizza can be awesome. if you have a fast metabolism that is.
and even if you do, do alot of cardio to keep the fat gains minimum. please do this, or youll end up gaining too much fat and then taking a long time to burn it off.. youll regret it..
