| IMPC Contestant | why eat tuna? it stinks and it isnt worth the protein. you have other protein options. i could NEVER eat tuna so i eat top sirloin and chicken tits. if you cant get that tuna and oatmeal down try making a protein drink with blended oatmeal in it, same damn thing.

Not sure what you pay for tuna, but I get bonless skinless chicken breasts for 89 cents a pound... 144 grams of protein per pound... I am not going to suggest this to anyone cuase if someone gets beat down or shot I don't want to feel responsible. But I go to a meat store on the wrong side of town, in a really bad neighborhood (atleast 1 shooting a week)... when I see chicen breasts are on sale for .89 cents per pound... I clean them out. I don't care if they have 40 lbs I fill my cart. I definatly get some nasty looks, but 40 lbs of bonless skinless chicen breasts for 35.60 is just too good to pass up on... anyway if you want to stick with the tuna.. put it in a blender with OJ, 2 cups OJ per can of tuna with a little vanilla extract, and it tastes like an orange julieus... you can almost not even taste teh tuna...

what tuna and OJ???? Don't knock it till ya try it.... everyone who I made try it, can't believe how good it is.... You can hardly detect any tuna flavor at all.. it is why they flavor cod liver oil with orange. It is the perfect flavor for masking fishy food...
