About the metabolism issue, there's a thread over at the AL forum discussing ways to slow down the metabolism to help put on mass but they feel it would only help a small amount of people. My own metabolism seems to be slow-to-medium nowadays, a few years ago it was a lot faster and now the only issue is trying to fight the flab.

Diet wise I like to keep it clean, that's - pasta, oats, tuna, chicken, whey, casein on the most part.

I used to take hardboiled eggs and grind them up and take them to eat, but thats a lot of cholesterol if you do it a lot. Even now I still don't put to much egg yolks in my morning meals. You could space it out, make it so your eating constantly. If you were to go to my school you'd see how much I eat and how often it is. Lol...after reading you guys responses i think our definitions on 'clean' is diff. I would consider what Skel posted was not a clean bulk...so i think were closer to being on the same page as i did b4.
