| Soldier In Progress | Say it's the off-season, and you're ready to go to the grocery store. steak or chicken? I know red meat has 3x the ammino content of chicken, but is it actually worth buying red meat vs. chicken? The little fat red meat adds is not a worry.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | plus i believe red meat has more creatine in it than chicken. and it has a few more minerals if memory serves me right. the hardest part of the red meat is the fat content. and lean cuts can really run ya unless u got a good butcher I just had me a seriously delish plate of some beef tenderloins, i'll take that anyday over chicken.
