Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 207 | So I'm a few days into the Cut Diet, getting about 3k kcals a day, and I'm freaking starving. No matter how much spinach, broccoli, and asparagus I eat I'm always hungry and it's really pissing me off. I'm due for my carb meal tonight but I don't know how much that will impact me overall. I guess this is a question for you guys who have tried this...is being hungry all the time standard? I'm about 210 right now so 3k kcals is a pretty standard amount of food for me, but my stomach is perpetually growling. Wtf.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | if its a lower carb diet, its going to take a few weeks to adapt to it before you stop being starving

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 179 | I've been on cut diet for 17 weeks, it's kept me full at 2k calories...and I can eat a shitload...wow you must have the apetite of a dinosaur. Maybe for the first meal, add more egg whites and remove the chicken? Don't really know what else to tell you that hasn't been said. I hope you don't have a roundworm ![]()

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | make each meal last at least 20minutes. By that time, your body starts to realize "hey I'm full." and yeah, when I did a CKD type diet, I was full at 2000kcal a day. And I'm a big guy who loves his carbs!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 207 | I managed to not have water for 45 mins before, but I'm not gonna lie...I sipped on water starting about 10 minutes after I finished my carb meal. Didn't bloat me at all so I plan on continuing to do it. I think the big thing is to avoid water when you eat the oatmeal because that definitely will bloat the crap out of you.

Yea, even with 2k calories...I didn't have much strength loss. It was pretty minimal, and it only happened the first 2 weeks. Except grip, that went to hell...strange really. Quote:
The first week with albuterol sped up my loss back to 2lbs a week, rather than 1lb, and also some of my lifts are coming back up. 1 1/2 weeks I lost a total of 4lbs, I'll wait until Monday to give it my final opinion. I really hope it can get me down to 190 by then! The thing is though, if I lost 4lbs, and got stronger...it could have brought some muscle back too...so the scale isn't really the best way, I do notice some more leanness, bicep veins are more prominent during workouts, arms are harder and the biceps are finally starting to get some cuts. My gut seemed to have shrunk further, and I got a vein slightly sticking out below the abs. But man, if albuterol works well for you like you, and you combine it with the cut diet, you'll see some awesome results!
