Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | So recently (read 2 days ago) I decided to try eating almost every hour this week and see what happens. Yesterday I ate 6 times and today I'm eating my 8th meal. I get 4-5 good meals (pasta/potatoes and meat or such) and a few small ones consisting mostly of a bagel and a banana. My problem is that now I'm always hungry about an hour after I eat, no matter whether it's a small meal or big one. Is that normal? I thought I'd be well fed :

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I guess your body is adapting to it and your metabolism is speeding up. The same thing happened to me when I started eating more frequently. At first, I was forcing myself to eat, but now my body expects the "extra" meals. BTW, thanks for coming over to check out the site bro. ![]() |

I didn't expect your first post on this site to be on nutrition. I always run into you in the exercise forum.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 93 | If you're eating white pasta and white bagels, these dont really offer much satiety for how many calories they pack in. I'll bet you'll stay full longer from 300 cals of oats compared to a processed 300 cal bagel. Also where's the protein source in your banana & bagel snacks/meals? |
