Default almonds question

ok i eat the raw almonds the question is whats the most im allowed to eat in a day, also i was trying to keep it to a minimum, since i eat 5 small meals a day, example of my meal would be 1 bottle water 1 can of chunk light tuna or protien shake, and maybe a hand full of total cereal, i was thinkin eating 3-4 almonds after each meal? how much almonds is too much

Bro, if you are for real with all of these diet questions... I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here, but some people in the world actually seem to get off on wasting other people's time... you really need to do some research into a proper cutting diet. There are plenty of resources on this board and others... do yourself a favor and read the stickies in the 'Fat Loss' forums.

completely agreed.

To answer your question: You must look at what almonds are: a great source of fat, energy and arginine. I eat a handful of almonds at EVERY MEAL. This is just me, because I eat about 4000 kcals daily and I like to keep my digestion slow.

I dont think madman was trying to opass you off as wasting time, its just that some of your questions seem a lil... out there. I mean.. 3-4 almonds? Thats not even a single serving. Why dont you post your entire workout your doing, and the exact diet your following. (sorry if you already have, if so, then it may be easier to help you). I know i've had alot of questions about certain things, mostly my routines, but for your questions on cutting, there are alot of resources, and previous posts about how to sucessfully cut. From reading your other posts, all you want is an 6/8 pac. Well in order to do that, your gunna need a really low body fat percentage, no "magic" foods or sugars or almonds. Eat clean and train hard, thats how you'll get what you want.

Now please, in no way take this offensive, because i do not mean it that way, nor am i trying to put you down, or be harsh, it may c0ome off that way but thats because its the net and emotion is extremely hard to capture. These guys here want to help, but for questions like "3-4" almonds per day... thats kinda silly if you ask me, But thats just my opinion.

Hey i hear ya, i workout at home as well. You dont need to goto a gym to get huge, or lose weight. But just focus yourself on good fats, good carbs for energy, and protien to replenish your muscle from your workouts.

Don't 'dis the healthy fats, yazf909. Almonds, as stated, provide healthy fats for your diet. They are superior to peanuts and are just about par with walnuts.
