Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Bro, if you are for real with all of these diet questions... I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here, but some people in the world actually seem to get off on wasting other people's time... you really need to do some research into a proper cutting diet. There are plenty of resources on this board and others... do yourself a favor and read the stickies in the 'Fat Loss' forums.

completely agreed. To answer your question: You must look at what almonds are: a great source of fat, energy and arginine. I eat a handful of almonds at EVERY MEAL. This is just me, because I eat about 4000 kcals daily and I like to keep my digestion slow.

Now please, in no way take this offensive, because i do not mean it that way, nor am i trying to put you down, or be harsh, it may c0ome off that way but thats because its the net and emotion is extremely hard to capture. These guys here want to help, but for questions like "3-4" almonds per day... thats kinda silly if you ask me, But thats just my opinion.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | Hey i hear ya, i workout at home as well. You dont need to goto a gym to get huge, or lose weight. But just focus yourself on good fats, good carbs for energy, and protien to replenish your muscle from your workouts.
