Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 129 | Solid advice but I don't think #4 is constant. That is a great approach for many, but everybody's metabolism is different. I myself need constant complex carbs throughout the day, I only stop eating them a few hours before I go to bed (2nd to last meal). |

he has some good things. I disagree with 1 big concept he pushes. I think we all know which one. (As I sit here eating 1 cup of oats, 1 banana and almonds with a shake.)

uhh.... yeah. Plus carbs for their anabolic effect, ability to keep you inflated and energy. Fats in every meal except PWO and Breakfast and carbs in every meal except right before bed... and there are exceptions to that.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 15 | IMO u don't need a postworkout shake have a good meal 1 hour before hand , maybe sip on some BCAA's during your workout , come home and have real food with healthy fats, u may wait 30min postworkout to eat the meal.
