Default 215lb Guy - How Is This Daily P/C/F Amount?


Total Daily Protein - 340.3g
Total Daily Carbs - 235.2g
Total Daily Fat - 77.8g

This is what I'll be having each day when cutting... Is this too much/little?

I would get more protein personally, if you can hit 375g for protein that would be nice. Otherwise looks good, make sure to get the majority of the fats to be good fats.

I am tempted to ask you to look at your sig.

Let's look at calories.

Protein 1360
Carbs 940
Fats 702

Total calories 3002

Protein and fats look good to me, but I don't know your metabolism. The carbs and total calories may be high for losting fat at 215 lbs. (It definitely would be for me, but my metabolism is slower than most people's.)

Do you know that you can lose fat on a 3000 calorie per day diet? If so, go for it. If you can't lose fat on 3000 calories / day, then cut out some of the carbs back until you can. Good Luck!

I think I agree with Peaked.. your protien should be alittle higher.. and always make sure to eat good fats... but everything looks ok other than the protien amount.. I would increase it like Peaked suggested..
