Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | I would get more protein personally, if you can hit 375g for protein that would be nice. Otherwise looks good, make sure to get the majority of the fats to be good fats. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 68 | I think I agree with Peaked.. your protien should be alittle higher.. and always make sure to eat good fats... but everything looks ok other than the protien amount.. I would increase it like Peaked suggested.. ![]()
