Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 75 | good article, read it twice just incase i missed something. i have a question, i saw somewhere that someone was going to put out BCAA's with and ethyl attacked to let it absorb better, any thoughts on this? also you didn't mention using any extra glutamine in your 50 grams per day except for what was in xtend, do you think adding in more will help a lot? and does it even work? (they now have GEE out too, was thinking of giving it a try) my only problem with this is 100 grams of xtend is $80, HOLY MOLY thats a lot. im sorry but i rather buy bulk and just add hawiian punch or gatorade powder to it and put it in with a gatorade drink. little more work but a lot cheaper i think (again, i think).

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | BCAA have NO problems being absorbed. Attaching an ethyl ester to BCAA is purely a marketing gimmick. Adding extra glutamine while cutting would be beneficial. While bulking, not as much except for around your workout. Buying bulk BCAA is fine, but by the time you pay for all the flavoring, the cost will be pretty close to Xtend's.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 75 | i have another question, what would be the benifits of having a powder with this in it: L-Leucine 4000mg L-Lysine 2000mg L-Valine 1800mg L-Phenylalanine 1555mg L-Threonin 1400mg L-Histidine 625mg L-Isoleucine 625mg L-Methionine 500mg rather than just the stuff in BCAA powder: Luecine, Isolueceine and Valine? any added benifits or just get the BCAA powder and forget the EAA?
