I just want to let it be known that I agree that orders should leave promptly. BUT let me please remind, you:
THERE IS NO NEED TO EMAIL A COMPANY EVERY TIME YOU ORDER!
SIT BACK, SHUT UP, AND WAIT TO GET YOUR PRODUCT.
IF YOU DON'T GET IT WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, ASK A MOD FOR HELP.

Most mods are friends with someone in the know at a company and they can help you very much. Heck, I have King's cell number. I'll call him if you have a problem with an order of substantial size. Just don't PM me whining about a $60 order, 'cause I won't bug someone for lunch money.

So if you have problems, handle it like you have some sense. Not whining like a pussy on the boards, okay?

Yes and no...I agree there's much too much whinning but it's mostly by certain people. 60 bucks may be lunch money for you but it may have been important to the one ordering. It's too competitive out there for any order to take a couple of weeks. It's one thing to have the corner or some proprietary stuff that you can afford this luxury but if you're selling what many other places are selling and you choose to ignore your consumer base then they'll go elsewhere.

The places I order from have good reviews from the 'boards' and have automated emails for order status so I never have to email anyone unless i'm saying thank you.

Nah, any idiot knows to order ahead of time. That way you DO NOT start if you don't have your stuff. But this issue isn't about my products, just supps. And supps aren't "cycled" so it's irrelevant.

I'm saying that it's amazing how many people complain (to King, or to me, or to anyone) about emails not being answered, when it's something like, "Um, I'm too stupid to use a web cart system, and double ordered. Can you refund this or that?" You feel me big man? Out of over 50 orders a day, why should a company answer a pre-teen question like this?

If you deal with "customers" you HAVE TO be ready for stupid questions. If you aren't, then go fack yourself because you are a sh!tty businessman.

I guess my point is this guys:

There are good customers and board members, like you. Then there are idiots who don't order ahead of time, just in case things happen. Or people who just think that their $30 order is worth the time it takes to fix $90 worth of orders, when their question is not essential to the order in the first place. Now do you feel me?

This tazzy guy used to be a good guy. But I see him raising heck on like 4 threads, instead of just handling the issue then going on with life. I'm kinda shocked, since he's never seemed so immature before.

Grunt: it's not their job. Why would it be? Because you say so? Because no supp site I know of says that they agree to babysit.

I know plenty that will at least address their customers and keep in contact with them and do so politely as if they actually were concerned about them. Whether or not that's how they feel isn't the issue. As long as the customer feels they are being taken care of then they will return the favor.

Well finally a thread started by someone other than me . I was a good paying customer of SK, my orders were always big and never peanuts! My orders were $150+. My anger and frustration has always been that of other people here where in I only asked to be kept up to date on my orders. A simple email telling me where my order is or the status or even an email telling me that an order can't be filled would have been sufficient but when you are constantly ignored email after email and pm after pm along with FINALLY a thread is very disheartning and dissapointing to a paying customer. Would you not agree?? Look at the slack and frustration that king went through to get his product testify.? He was jerked around time and again finally to say that he would never order from that company again because they were idiots and he was tired of the excuses. King was good to me on my 2-3 order but crapped out on the rest, simply by not returning email ors answering simple questions. I've said I'm long done with the bashing, this is simply a return thought to your thread hi cal. I also ordered some stuff from you company in which I ended up throwing out because I reacted very badly to. But I never complained or emailed your company bashing anyone. I ordered the liquid nolva and well lets just say it was not good for me but I have heard great things about it on other boards! ANyhow; cheers.:clapping:

See, these are totally legitimate customer concerns. Anyone who isn't willing to comply with such simple requirements does not deserve to be in business in the first place.

All I know is that in these circles Customers are pretty loyal and usually stick out any issues when they're delt with properly. I've paid more for products than I have had to simply because of my loyalty to the company and will continue to do so as long as I am treated like more than a number.

That being said, your business is yours to do with as you please and as you've stated you make plenty doing it so you must be doing something right, right? I do understand there are stupid people with stupid problems but anyone in the service industry(mine included) has delt with their fair share of morons. Until I can no longer do so, I treated even the biggest idiot in my line of work with respect and courtesy.

exactly. That's why I did a thread asking people for advice on things to help king out. I bashed him because I was, am mad but that's over now and I learned from it as I hope he has too:clapping:
