My point is the above company(which I won't link the board those are from) has gone out of their way to please the customer and even comes in and talks with them daily as do several others in their line of work. So don't be too quick on saying they aren't out there. Perhaps you should change who you do business with.

OH you have that wrong. I don't buy supps. I have too many friends who work for the companies to be paying for supps. But if I do, I agree that Nutraplanet is a great company and is always an option. That's good stuff, man.

And if you don't order from an online merchant how do you know what is typical then? So keep playing grab ass with your buds while we shop where products get delivered and questions get answered.

And what happend with this?

Now I am not trying to slam SK. I know he is trying hard and probably on a limited budget. He sponsored a 30day transformation contest which was awesome. He put on a forum on his site. He has introduced his own line of products (which I love). I just see people having way to many issues with him the past few months. I even see post on other boards. Running a business like his is rough I know and wish him the best of luck but I don't like customers to get completely shafted out of their money and no products. That is when it becomes illegal and that is why so much shit is being thrown his way.

Dude, you are missing the point. The point was not that it's okay to treat customers like crap. There's no excuse for that, and I don't now why anyone would order from *************** anymore after all this. The point was the wasted time and frustration for all parties involved by just posting and ranting like a child, instead of contacting someone who can at least contact people and get SOME kind of communication.

I thought contacting the company themselves was sufficient. If they don't answer my questions, don't ship my product and took my money I am not contacting any mod, I will flame them night and day! I would be pissed and make sure nobody uses them. Futhermore how the hell would one know to contact a mod? Billy Bob in Nowhere Idaho that typically does not roam the boards orders from SK and doesnt get product won't know. There is NO F*ing excuse! I don't give a rats ass who knows who I just simpley want what I paid for. I guess you can't say what SK said? PS I will continue to rant like a child when a person running a business is acting like an idiot! Oh and lastly making this thread didn't help any.

Good points...i didn't know mods could help with these types of issues until Hi-Caliber informed us via this thread.

Mods don't necissarily have 'connections' and when they do it's usually becsause the company reps/owners are frequent users of that board. As seen here, SK does not come by too often so a mod could not do anything extra unless they did indeed have personal contact information.

I see the problem. Apparently you're new to the business side of the boards. If you had been around a while, you'd know that that in 99% of cases, mods and/or admins DO have personal contact information, or at least know someone who does.

I'll take the blame for this. Older board members have failed to show the less experienced ones how things have worked smoothly. My fault. Case closed.

My two cents (Well, more like a fistful of dollars)

Businesses, and ESPECIALLY online businesses have an implied responsability to hold customer service in high regards. If I buy a hard drive that's DOA from staples, staples will have a customer service rep available either in store or on the phone to deal with my query.... Any large successful retail business you encounter WILL have customer support mechanism's in place, because they understand that customer satisfaction and a customer's likelihood to come shop again has a huge part to play in their over all experience, which includes customer service and feeling like they are an individual who's order is important.

"The customer is always right". While that's not always true, it's a practice shared by successful businesses.

With that said, I agree with DJ, I feel as if I did not bust King's balls my stuff would still be sitting on the shipping floor.

Totally right. And if the retailer is thinking that the client is a nobody because the order is only $60, then he is sorely mistaken. Maybe the next order will be $500. If the first gets proper treatment.

I agree on all that. I just think the customer should be considerate and act like they are smart enough to know that a 1-man operation like Kings (or 2 man, whatever it is) CAN NOT provide what you need at that point.

Good stuff here, guys. I know I'll be using more of your input in my future business ventures for sure.

Exactly, Research Chemical Retailers should definitely be sending skelooth free products. This helps keep morale of their customer base high. Many successful businesses have followed this model.
