WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!

So, I'm sure you all know MY story!? So today I got a package from SK. after waiting for 2 months!!! The package was alot smaller than it should have been! Sk has refunded my money BUT only after complaining complaining...... So king told me my package had shipped and I would receive it anyway right.? hahahaha. I ordered 5 musclemilk, 24 musclemilk N oats and 1 free muscle milk (owed to me from before). I received 3 lousy muscle milk and 12 musclemilk N oats.......... A far cry from what i ordered eh.? So in other words, if I had'nt of gotten my money back and complained, I would have paid $160.00++ for 3 muscle milk and 12 muscle milkN oats. what a fu*&ing joke! You're a sham king!! I hope people realize it and stop ordering from you! You did it to yourself! Happy businessing. Oh and by the way, I shipped back your stuff, I took out my free one and the rest is on it's way back to you COLLECT!!!

Unfortunately, when King takes upwards of a week to reply to emails or, worse still, doesn't reply at all, this is the best way for (paying) customers to "take up issues" as you put it...as sad as that is.

Taz man. We have done many things for you. I am not aware of this whole order thing. We have asked you not to do anymore business with us. Sometimes things get held up in customs. We have gave you discounts after discounts and you keep bashing us. We get the hint. Now get ours, we don't want your business.

thats the second negative post ive heard about supplement kings? unless its the same guy, i do all my shopping from bodybuilding.com and now am gonna start buying from islandsupplements i usually shop for prices but most important it shipping 2-3 days and cheap

i've had no problems with supplement kings...this guy just seems to have a problem with them, and has called them out publicly on this board several times.

as for me, i've ordered a bunch of stuff from them...hell, they even sent me a free Scivation duffel bag that I use every day. Orders get to me fast and have always been complete.

Thanks for the kind words. Tazzy has a vendetta against Sk. That is fine. Everyone can have their opinion, but Tazzy it is getting a bit extreme. Make one post on every board. That is fine. Don't make multiple posts saying the same thing.

Sounds like this is resolved then. No company ever has 100% pos. feedback so seeing one or, hell even two threads about a bad experience shouldn't raise any red flags.

NO I DON"T! He does'nt listen any other way and does'nt even listen from here. Besides my point of contention is not to annoy him but to protect others from having this headache! I believe in helping other people and protecting them. Would'nt you want to know about a company that is a rip off before you give them money? or would you rather just throw money out there to someone and HOPE you get something in return?

Look around bud. there are way more complaints about SK on other boards. bb.com had some but were deleted or maybe not. mind N muscle had lots too plus some other ones.

listen, I give people more than their fair share of props. However; when a company does not even take two minutes to respond to an emails asking where an order is or tracking number it tells you something about them. I've said it many times: "If I had gotten ONE email response asking for some info on my order" I would have been happy! About the whole bashing thing: I am not bashing without do cause! Yes of course customes can be difficult and hold things up but when I am told by the company I paid for goods that my order was shipped when in fact they give me a tracking number that shows the package was not shipped when they told be but rather 10 days after ordering is an outright lie to me or am I wrong? I don't care if you don't want my business becasue I would NEVER do business with a sham company. And YOU guys have NEVER done anything for my trick! I have done for you!!! By giving you more than your fair chances only to be taken advantage of more than once!!!!!!!!!!:bshot:

Not only have I never had any problem with supplimentkings, but in addition, I think King is a hellacool guy, and the only person I've ever heard bashing him has been Tazzy, who feels the need to make multiple threads about the same thing. It just seems like someone loves beating a dead horse. We all understand that you have issues, we understand that they've been resolved, don't order anything else if you don't trust the vendor. But accept the fact that you're an exception, some of us have had completely painless experiences with King.

There's no doubt that the King had problems. I think I took around 4-5 months to get my huge order from him. It ended up it was on the shipping room floor for a few months before the King actually found it.

The important things that he did go and look for it, and he was so embarrassed he cut me a deal which made everything fine in my books. I wasn't in a rush to get the stuff.

I was missing a few items but he refunded the cost of those items within days of emailing him about it.

My Supplement Kings Transformation Contest package should be arriving soon as well I'm guessing.

To be fair I've actually heard of many people having similar problems as tazzy (myself included). I've read about 3-4 having problems on this board and many others on other boards.

Anyway now that the issue has been resolved I'm sure tazzy will stop posting about it. I mean the guy was obviously frustrated and just wanted to voice his opinion (and make other customers aware), and sadly this seems to be the only place he could be heard.

I highly doubt I'm the only one! I have been on mu;tiple sites and have seen threads on complaints about SK so don't try and make this about me!! It's about HIM and his customer service or lack there of!!!

If you live in the US I have heard about 3 days to 2 weeks. In Canada, usually about 1 week to 4-5 weeks, Depends on what you ordered. Protein and big stuff will take longer. OHHHHHHH and F.Y.I Muscle milk is apparently illegal in Canada (go figure eh!!??) as it APPARENTLY contains L-carnatine. so for you Canadadians don't order muscle milk from the US as they are really clamping down on stuff. If you need anything, I am visiting the US in Dec. and would be happy to bring stuff back for you if I have the room. PM me for questions.
