I got a threatning email from king from *************** .com saying he would cancel my order if i didn't stop with the emails asking where my order is that I paid for 4 weeks ago sept 11th to be exact (and I remember because I was paying tribute!). This is my request to do so king cancel order 1412 and refund my money today. I will however; expect my FREE musclemilk Mocha joe in which I ordered in August and you did not ship because you SAID it was back ordered. So please, go ahead cancel my order, refund my money and ship me out my DUE 1 Musclemilk Mocha joe. If this is not done in 2 days I WILL FILE a complaint with the BBB and inform them of the products which I HAVE PAID FOR BUT DID NOT RECIEVE 2 months ago! Push me too far and I'll take it further...... See his website and you'll see I'm not the only one, some have been deleted.

YPU! so anyhow; I FINALLY get an email from king telling me he has canceled my order and refunded my money.?? Ummmm why would you cancel an order that I should have gotten weeks ago OR may get any day now?? Makes me think the order was NEVER shipped as promised and king just waited it out and never intended on sending me my order that was already paid for!! Wise up people, the guy is a sham and there are lots of way better sites to order from. I know there are more of you pissed off people out there!!?

I posted on bb.com for help on this subject as well and the responses I got were great. For those of you who have gone through or will go through this same thing, I have been advised to contact:" California Federal Trade Commission, The Attorney Generals office in California, The BBB, your credit card company that you used to make payment with, and the local police in California. When a company intentionally takes money without shipping products it IS A CRIME"!

tazzy most of your post's on this site are complaining about SK, why don't you just shop elsewhere instead of constantly making issues?

Well, I obviously will now but alot of my former posts were pumping sk up but he has gone downhill fast so I hear ya but I was so damn frustrated and pissed off I had to let other people know. Hey everyone: first off, shut up to those of you who are thinking of bashing and find something better to do with your time. I just want to warn everyone of *************** . com . I have had OK experiences with them and alot of horrible ones. This last order has pushed me over the top and I don't take kindly to people threatning the client when all they want is answers.
I got a threatning email from king from *************** .com saying he would cancel my order if i didn't stop with the emails asking where my order was that apparently shipped 4 weeks ago. This is a copy of my response to kings email threatning me.This is my request to do so king cancel order 1412 and refund my money today. I will however; expect my FREE musclemilk Mocha joe in which I ordered in August and you did not ship because you SAID it was back ordered. So please, go ahead cancel my order, refund my money and ship me out my DUE 1 Musclemilk Mocha joe. If this is not done in 2 days I WILL FILE a complaint with the BBB and inform them of the products which I HAVE PAID FOR BUT DID NOT RECIEVE 2 months ago! Push me too far and I'll take it further...... I am doing this thread so hopefully I can save a few people the agony and mis-fortune I have gone through. Please PM me if you'de had an experience with *************** . com PLEASE.

4239 Did they refuse to give proof that they shipped the order? I just ask because it's really not that uncommon for packages to get lost or damaged in transit.

That said, just use someone else. There are plenty of quality places to buy, bb.com being one of the very best IMO.

Yes, they claim to have a new tracking policy in place but refuse to give me any tracking info. And yes BB.com is good BUT their shipping prices are way too high!!

if you are in the US, the shipping cost at bb.com is only 4.95 or something like that

Thats cause it was never shipped, you are not the only one, there are many more people who have been taken advantage of. If it were me I would file a complaint with California Federal Trade Commission, The Attorney Generals office in California, The BBB, your credit card company that you used to make payment with, and the local police in California. When a company intentionally takes money without shipping products, its a crime.

WEll good on ya fit N firm!! Thanks tons. I work nights right now so I have all the time in the world. I will do as you say! I am tired of companies and people mis using the internet and having no reprucussions!! More people should speak out when things like this happen!!!!!

Though I have never purchased from them, I have had similar issues with another place. One of these days a disgruntled customer is going to show up at their warehouse and it's going to get ugly, and I wouldn't blame the disgruntled customer one bit.

Id laugh when he tries to act tough and ends up in prison over a 20 dollar bottle of protein. Real intelligent decision there.

Makesure you never buy steroids. You get scammed and you will probably commit suicide. I can see you wanting to cancel the order and get a refund, but you aren't DUE anything in that case. Also your threatening response will get you nowhere with anyone, and may screw you as to any suit you would bring. Ever hear of intimidation? Its a crime. How many emails did you send? Why are you so far in the red?

I used supkings a few months back for a big order it got sent promptly. But as it came straight from thier distributors europa the packaging was piss poor. Was very lucky not to have lost items!!! And some of the bundled items were missing i.e free shaker cups.
Thier prices seem high though so normally would not use them but they offered best discount on my $500+ order.
I have found any company that ships directly from euopa to be poor as usually my mrp boxes have been opened and 1 0r 2 bars/ sachets lifted

If you ever order something with your credit card and don't get what you paid for or a refund when requested, you simply send a single page form to your CC company and the disputed item is taken off your bill. And you should always use a CC when ordering over the Internet.

who else? I handled inquiries for SK on mind and muscle, and nobody ever reported anything but positive experiences and quick (2-3 day) shipping... they recently re-did the site, so I don't know if that changed things, but can you show me where all these complaints are?

It took 35 days (after cashing my check and about 40 from actually recieving the check) and constant nagging for me to finally get my order. They promised the delivery to reach my house several different times and had an excuse each time why I didn't recieve. They also took several days to reply to emails. And after promising me free stuff they sent not even a sample to me.

when keeping it real goes wrong...

supp kings were shady from day 1. just look at the sites they sponsor. they start sponsoring a site and then 45 guys sign up and blow them up for a week and then all the screen names disappear. check out *** nutrition. good prices, low shipping, tracking info right there on their site.

Yes I understand that and understand what everyone else is saying too but here's my point: Why let a company do what they want to the customers? If we let companies take advantage of people on the net... where will it stop and who will stop it!? We have to do things like this thread and legitamately file complaints with the proper authorities so that people stop getting ripped off! My order was not shipped simply due to the fact that he said he lost money on the order and that the order was'nt just for me but for my friends as well. Who cares who I ordered it for, the fact is I placed an order paid for it and expected my goods. I even told *************** that if it was too expensive to ship then to ship it collect but after 8 emails I still got no response. I'm obviously not the only one going through this. *************** has a forum where there are complaints there as well, and I know for a fact that some have been deleted. So *************** emailed me today and told me that my order had been refunded as I requested but that the order is STILL in transit and that I will receive it???????? Ya right, first you put me off telling me it cost you too much, and now your saying not only did you give me my money back now I get the stuff for free????????

I understand that he has gone through alot of changes and opened a store BUT that is no excuse for lack of customer service!!!!! All I asked was an explanation or even simply a tracking number for my order. This is not the first run in I had with ***************! The first time I ordered was a gong show as well, never returned emails, order took forever..... Being the nice guy I am and seeing as king was just starting out I decided to give him a second chance. SO I placed subsequent orders and agreed to report my positives on this site and ********. It was good until my 4th order shipped to Vegas. It took forever to get there and almost was'nt there before I had to leave for home, Canada. I got the order and was missing my musclemilk that I ordered, I emailed king from Vegas and he said it was backordered. I was shocked as He didn't tell me that when I emailed him two days before. He said he would add it on to my next order which was my latest one in which has not come (ordered sept. 11th). Simply put... Email responses keeping me up to date and giving me a tracking number would have been suficient BUT he chose to continue to ignore my emails and kept me in the dark for almost a month!

That's pretty serious Tazzy.

I haven't had any problems with King as a few others, but I have seen scores of people, including reputable people I know for a long time, have horrible experiences. But I have only ordered from him once.

what have YOU done for me in the past??? I continued to be a paying customer after my first horrible order with you guys that took over a month to get here! I GAVE KING a second chance NOT the other way around! I also was the first one to start plugging his business AND the first one and many more to place reviews on his site for people to see to try and start things going. So don't turn it around and make it seem like you guys did all you could and that the problem is mine!! You've got it backwards my friend!
