king's email?

hey king, or trick if you catch this, whats going on with king's email? I ordered a couple weeks ago and haven't heard a thing other than my credit card was processed... king's never the fastest on shipping but always got back to me on emails in a couple hours, I've sent him 2 so far and havent heard back.

you're not alone bro...I sent him one on Friday and didn't get a response so I sent another today...with the same result. Maybe his Internet/email service is down...who knows?!

read all the other posts/threads. YOU are NOT alone!! More people should read these posts and threads before ordering! Maybe they would'nt, it's not like he's the only store around. Taylors nutrition responds really quickly.

I'm not trying to hose SK here... ordered from him more than a few times in the past and never had a problem. Just wondering what was going on with the email.

I was also wondering what's going on with their e-mail.

They're usually pretty good at responded, but I havn't heard back from them in a week and a half, and 4 or 5 e-mails later.

It's regarding a missing item from my order, but no response yet.

Hopefully they post here.

Yeah there seems to be alot of problems with SK as of late (seems to have started in August). I went through the same thing recently so I understand how ya feel. I'd say pm TheKing and TrickD about the issue. Also go post over on the forums at SK.

Update: I got an email from the King on Tuesday. As suspected, he was having email problems and apologized for the delay in getting back to me. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he is unable to get my order to me. He has kindly agreed to refund my money. It shouldn't be long as it will be done thru my Paypal account...I will let everyone know when it comes through.

So no contact then the resolving situation is to only refund the money? Were there other options and this is the one you settled with or was this the only option?

You have your money though and that at least is a silver lining. It always sucks when not getting what you're expecting though.

Well Tazzy may have his money but I received an email from the King on Tuesday asking for my Paypal account (so that he could refund my money) and even though I sent him the info immediately, it hasn't come through yet. I know it only takes 30 seconds to process a transaction on Paypal so i don't know what the hold up is.
