Sometimes, customers looking from the outside in have the best suggestions for improving a business. I would like to make a few suggestions for supplement kings: 1- have your website show or alert customers when things are out of stock. (as many other sites do). 2- Let customers know when an order they have placed or will place may not be completely filled as things are back ordered or not available. 3- Make sure the customer has the option of cancelling an order if it cannot be filled with what THEY WANT, and money refunded the same day. 4- change shipping to reflect actual shipping costs beneficial for both YOUR business and the clients information (no hidden charges or loss of business). 5- IF an order has changed between order being placed and order being shipped, inform the client as to what has been shipped OR is going to be shipped. I have had many experiences with supplement kings, some good, some bad. The overall thing I would like to see changed or improved upon is customer service and making the customer aware of the status of their order. As well, *************** had apparently put into place a tracking order system for customers to be able to track a package but can't get an answer as to where to get a tracking number from or how to track a package. Is this system really in place? We need to help out king and his company to offer recommendations to improve his business so that he can be the best bar none! I want to keep coming back again and again to supplement kings but I find it hard to when I can't get an answer to questions or am left in the dark about status of orders and what they contain. Replacing an unavailble product for something else that the customers has no idea of is unexceptable, but lets continue to work on this! cheers |
