Hey guys,

Yeah heard about this forum on myspace and decided it would be a good place for me to get some tips from people who know what they are talking about.

I've only been working out for a year but I've been getting good results so far and I only take Soy Protein shakes and take vitamens ^_^

Most people don't like soy for numerous reasons. The first is the fact that it contains estrogenic compounds. In other words, it can raise the female hormone in your body! I have also heard studies that it causes mood problems such as aggression and depression.


But, In small dosages soy protein kicks ass because it is loaded with great amino acids and is great for people who are lactose intolerant (like me).

It is good and bad, I am not really too concerned with it, but as more research comes out, it doesn't look like it's the best protein avaliable.
