Default Whats up y'all.......




Joined this site to get some help with my training......and y'all seem very helpful...

Height: 6"00
Weight: 140 Ish pounds...

Aim: Want to bulk up to about 180-190 Lbs...I used to train but stopped for a period of a year, recently just started again....gaining about 2-3 Lbs a week so far...so fingers crossed...

Hey Xp!o$ion looking good for a guy at 6' 140. You already have a decent chest and great abs. You'll probabley be a natural once you get your diet and training down. Welcome to Ironmass. Soak your brain in all the site has to offer.

cheers people....

I was wondering..since i'm trying to bulk up, I've heard i should stay away from cardio, but I think a session of like 15 mins once a week of skipping maybe would help me keep in shape and burn any excess fat?!

Don't ditch cardio all together. I normally dedicate 1-2 days a week to get a solid run in (5-6 miles). You'd be surprised how fast you lose your cardiovascular endurance while bulking....if you let it happen. Just be sure to replenish your glycogen stores afterwards (eat carbs).
