Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | cheers people.... I was wondering..since i'm trying to bulk up, I've heard i should stay away from cardio, but I think a session of like 15 mins once a week of skipping maybe would help me keep in shape and burn any excess fat?! |

Don't ditch cardio all together. I normally dedicate 1-2 days a week to get a solid run in (5-6 miles). You'd be surprised how fast you lose your cardiovascular endurance while bulking....if you let it happen. Just be sure to replenish your glycogen stores afterwards (eat carbs).
