Hey all. Just wanted to introduce myself: i'm a 21 year old senior biology student @ Washington University in St. Louis; I've been lifting since I was about 11, but haven't really understood what I was doing until freshman year at college. I'm 5'11", 200 pounds even. I'll make some pics happen whenever my camera decides to behave.

Bluehazard recently guided me to this message board from "that other" message board. I just got really tired of all the bs on there; I'm excited to be here and I'm looking forward to contributing to this forum.

"Ikaika" is the Hawaiian word for strength or power. Its actually a very common middle name for guys in Hawaii. Granted, I'm not Hawaiian(my girlfriend is)...I just thought it was a really pimp name and its kinda stuck. :bigthumbu
