Hey guys I'm new to this forum, acutally forums altogether, but not new to the weights. I'm from the U.S just lookin for some new tips and tricks to get into better shape.

You have about the most awesome name ever sir. And living in Alexandria you must have plenty of cougars to choose from...they're freaking everywhere in DC.

I lived in Columbia MD last summer while I worked at the NIH so I got a full dose of all their shenanigans.

Hahaha, I just broke up with a 33 year old last thursday dude and i'm only 21 so there's a reason behind the name, lol i just like the mature ones so much more (plus they are way better in the sheets). Yeah, there are a lot to choose from but they are really picky sometimes, and some of them can't deal with such an age difference. I'm 5 or six year cool, but 12 years now that's just crossin the line lol

I was debating cougar profiles with some buddies of mine not too long ago and we came up with this:
30-45 = cougar
45-55 = silver fox
55+ = gross & baggable, but not braggable

drunkeness affects the ratings, each drink counts a -1 year. I thought it was mildly hilarious at the time.

here's my rule, as long as they look great, i'm fine if they happen to be like 50+, but for the most part i try to stay within a 22 to 50 age range, lol but ur table is hilarious, if drinks really took of one year then i'd be a pedofile haha. but i'm trying to cut down on the drinking.
