:friday: just wanted to say hello.im a new member and have so many questions that ya'll will be tired of me in no time. been lifting for about 15 years or more. BB at first but its not fun anymore,now more power type stuff and strongman.also getting into old stuff like arthur saxon and thomas inch. great stuff for real world strength.well looking forward to sharing info with you all, later days

great to hear from you Darkfalcon.im pretty new to all of this forum stuff. been reading alot on this one and a few others but never really joined in. i just finished a cycle of pp yesterday.i would have been in big trouble had it not been for all of you guys. everything turned out great and i plan on doing a couple more cycles later on. Oh, about arthur saxon and thomas inch,both of them are old time strongmen from the early 1900's. i just got bored with BB in general and found new motivation in these guys and many others.is it against forum rules to name a site that sells books on these guys?

check out Bill Hinburns website.i think he still offers a free catalog of books with tons of interesting stuff. or you can just search the names.guys like doug hepburn, jc hise, sig klein,mark berry all veryinteresting at least for a good read if not to spice up your training.have fun!
