Hey there,

Been referred to these forums a long time ago but never actually checked it out until now.

I think I will be hanging out here more often.

Been lifting for 7 years but on and off.

I work in a hospital as a clinical dietitian and alos counsel patients with diabetes and cardiac disease.

The closest I have been to my fitness goal was in 2005 and I have been having some major issues that hindered further progress.

Now I am overweight (BMI wise) and getting back on the fit track.

Been eating better and back to lifting seriously.

Good to be here.

Thanks for the welcome.

I've been away from fitness for a while and thus I've been extremely sore the past week. Hoping to kick things a notch this week.

For some strange reason I woke up at 5 am today! 2 hours before my alarm.

I joined this community thanks to dnyc99 referral. Divi where are you? I heard she is lifting some serious weight lately.

Anyway, since I got up so early, might as well lurk around a bit and see what's up.
