Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0  |  Sup brah....... Hello. This seems like a pretty cool forum, i think i can learn alot from it. Well, im about 14 years old, 5'10", about 160 pounds. I started lifting about three months ago, and since then ive made much-needed improvement. When i started, i bench pressed like 70 lbs (shut up, i was weak as hell LOL), and now am doing about 120. As for running/cardio, ive gone from about one mile, to about 4 or 5. Not sure about time, though. Thanks. Keep it metal brah. \m/ |
