eyy... new guy here and joined this forum to really get serious bout working out and gaining mass. i am a very hardgainer and havent taken ne supplements. whenever i work out then i just end up losing weight, and i am very skinny. so please help me get started with what supplement is good for a beginer and what type of workout plan should i go for. btw whatever weightlifting i did didnt really give me strengt but my arms are a bit cut but not a lot.

I am really hoping to change my body and want to put in all the effort i can!

well you're at the right place man! food is your best friend and utilize it ...

check out Training, there's solid routines in there and check out nutrition for my "Let's Get Anabolic!" thread ... it outlines a solid diet.
