Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I've been out of the gym for 10 years now so I'm a little rusty. I see that some things have changed and I've already learned a few new things on this forum. Now that the kids are off to college and I'm hitting 38 this year I decided that I'ts time for me to get back to taking care of myself. So thanks for the help and I hope to get back to being a gym rat. |
