Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hello all,This is my first post and yes I am new to this forum.I stumbled on this forum while searching the internet on how to stack what I am using.Any and all help is appreciated.I am 38 years old and yea I have my fair share of ribeyes and pizzas, and now the doc says I am paying the price in the form of high cholestorol and whacky high tryglicerides.Since he told me I've decided to get serious about excercising and diet. I have been lifting off and on my whole life but not real seriously, but I am willing to take it up a notch.Currently running sprints on the treadmill to get the circulation going then start weights.I want to find out how to stack the supplements I am using in the right order.Tbomb2,massxxx,no2,ce2,and a whole lot of water.Any one who is knowledgable in these products and would know how to stack these please help.Used nitrix awhile but the no2 seems to have a larger harder pump, really not buying their claim on perpetual but does seem to work a bit better for me.I am open to ridicule and constructive criticism if it is constructive.Once again thank you and all help is greatly appreciated.!firewire |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | Firewire, great to have you here. There are lots of very knowledgeable folks here and I think you can learn a lot just by reading the Stickies at the top of each forum as well as just using the Search feature to quickly locate information. As far as your supplements are concerned, I expect your cholesterol and triglycerides would thank you to really learn about eating right before you jump into all of the supplementation. Once your diet is cleaned up, you'll feel a lot better and your health will likely improve quite a bit too. At that point you can start adding in the supplements you're just mentioned to great effect. Some things you may want to consider taking to help with overall health: - Multivitamin - Fish Oil capsules

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | Poke your head into the supplement and training forums if your diet is in place already(good job on that, by the way...so many people ignore diet and jump right into supplements).

| IronMassoholic | welcome to IM firewire. Good luck with the new diet. I agree with Ikaika, start with the diet first and when that is all in order start with adding the supplements. However, you can start using some protein supplements as soon as you start hitting the weights along with a good multivitamin. Rib-eyes are much better than pizza!!! I wouldn't give them up entirely. The processed food is what to eliminate asap. |
