Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0  |  Newb Like what I see here. I been reading some threads and it sounds like good folks here. about me 40 yrs old started lifting on news yrs day 2006. I was 280lbs 35% bf at that time now I am 248lbs 17.5%bf. It feels good to have my strength and energy back. I like reading about this sport almost as much as lifting so I have ended up with a lot of usefull/useless info over the past 7 months. I come from a board that has gotten infected w/ stupidity so I am looking forward to participating here! |
