Right now I am trying to lose a little fat. I started at 280lbs about 2 years ago started to eat better and exercise and right now I am down to 185.5. My bf is around 12-13% and I am trying to get sub 10%. I am working with Chuck Rudolph and trying to get those last few pounds off of me.
