I am new to bodybuilding, two years new, I have been seriously training for the past year and am 13 weeks out from competing in my first show. Fame, Toronto, Canada. I am 58 so I will be competing in the Grandmasters class. Little nervous to say the least but I just love this sport. I just wish I had started earlier. Always open to any information from the experienced. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Thanks for the welcome Started my diet yesterday. Looks I will have to get used to chicken, turkey, lean meat, yams, whit fish, rice and potatoes. Not a lot of color in this diet. When I figure out how to post pics I will do so. With 12 weeks out any advice from you guy's is always welcomed. Al |
