This forum looks like it is comprised of a great bunch of people who seem to care about our sport of bodybuilding. I am 50yrs old and have been back into BB now for 6 months. I hope to compete again, next year in a natural masters show. I look forward to participating in the forums. |

In fact, he was an inspiration to know that I am NOT too old, just yet, to make some gains and improvements. I was on stage 20 years ago as a lightweight NPC class winner. It was lots of fun, but then this thing called a family put my BB plans to a big screeching halt. |
