Thanks for the welcome from everyone... I hope to spend more time here, especially if I join the IMPC for the next round.

I'm also starting a new workout log shortly to coincide with my Michael Elias plan starting Nov 5. I'll try to run the log here, on bb.com, and at AnabolicBeast.com as I get/make the time.

I'll be logging a few supplements over the 12 weeks of the plan, but I am going to keep the supp intake low so I can gauge what's doing what.

I'll watch for all of you to visit and help out in the log when I get it going.

Thanks dnyc -- You in NYC? I live in Jersey but work in the city a couple days a week.
I try to lift earlier, but usually find myself in the basement anytime after 10:30, often 11:00 or later, and sometimes midnight. I'm going to try like hell to change the schedule as I gotta get up early on the days I'm in the city, so it will make sense to try to switch to an earlier evening time or morning workouts entirely. (Ugh...)
I'll log any personal anguish caused by the schedule.

Hey Midnight I use to live in NYC..but, moved a few months ago to Canada.

Back in NYC I was working out in the evenings..sometimes I didn't have much time left and would end up working out anywhere from 8-12. It takes dedication especially after 10pm! LoL

Then again I'd rather workout at night than in the morning. Zzzz.

If you decide to change your time to evenings or mornings, will you be changing your username as well? (I know..mine should be...EDM99 now)

I work on 36th and 6th... besides the NYSC around the corner, can you recommend a good gym to hit when I need a fix? Membership at the NYSC is a little steep for me being there 2x per week... I'm tempted to turn the boss's office into a free weight room.

Hey Midnight

I'm sorry I don't really know any good gyms over there. I use to work out at home with pretty simple equipment till I was able to afford a home gym.
I could ask around though...got some friends in NYC that can recommend a good gym.

For now...that idea of turning the boss's office into a free weight room sounds like a great idea (I think?!).
