Monday: Sprint Work warmup 5 10 meter sprints 1 min rest 5 30 meter sprints 2 min rest 6 pro agility 1 minute rest 5 20 meter shuffle 2 min rest 5 dot drill 1 min rest Tuesday: Max Effort Upper Bench press power clean 8x2 bent over barbell rows 4x6 weighted swill ball crunches 3x15 Wednesday: Max Effort Lower body Squats deadlift 8x2 SLDL 4x6 Plate pinch gripping Thursday: Rest Friday: RE Upper Body Barbell bench press snatch 8x2 pull ups crunches leg rises Saturday: RE Lower body Push press 5x3 Glute ham rises 3x failures single legged squats 3x15 stomach vacuum 3x40 sec Sunday: Run Warm-up 2 mile run (time it beat time everyweek) |
