New here hope I fit in

Just got a link from a friend of mine (Fredpo). Looking around and it seems cool here. I'm back into lifting good now. My old gym closed so a friend and I spent 3 months building one. Well it's his gym, he fronted all the money, but we built it together from the ground up. Took a shell of a building gutted it and turned it in to a running gym in 2.5 months. In 1 month since it opened, there are already 84 members as of tonight.
As for me I'm 5'7" 190lbs right now. Just cut out all the junk as of last week and started up my supps again. I take all Beverly supps and wouldn't take another brand. They work great from me compared to other companies that have a "equel product". Just put in my order for Superdrol since reading and hearing all the good things about it. Working on my PCT
I lift at least 5 days a week and have even started cardio

first session lasted about 3 min LOL.
All in all I hope to find some great info here and maybe give some

ps. my spelling isn't the best, hell sometimes I can't even tell you what I typed

you said you built a gym and you have members, how did you do that? did you need a permit and stuff? i want to learn a bit more about that because i want to try and let others use my home gym (once i build onto it), and charge them. so tell me a bit more about your gym

Yes permit after permit then a few more permits. Had to do all the legal stuff through the city. You even had to get a permit to put up a sign that could only be X amount big and had to be made out of wood (it's in a hostoric district). Then you have to have insurance, waviers, ect. It's 2000 sqf gym. Has 6 pieces of cardio, 3000lbs of plates, DB from 5-100 lbs (anything over 100lb DB incurance goes up),selectorized machines. Also got a vendeing machine filled with ABB drinks. You enter with an electronic keycard and come and goes as you please. No enrollment fees or contracts. Open 5am to midnight 7days a week. Wanted to make it 24 hours access but the incurance said the rates would be outragous.

One thing you could look into is selling keys for the "after hours" and holidays.This is what my gym does.Its like 50 bucks and then you sign a waiver!

bout time you came here comb. This place is ten times better then bodybuilding.com as it's a lot better atmosphere and everyone here is supportive and informative. Welcome and the gym this guy helped build is really nice, I've lifted there a few times already. I plan on going there about once a week.
