Default New here, but not new to lifting.

My friend kimsquit told me about the site and I'm checking it out.

I'm a PT living and working in Sechelt, BC. Been lifting since I was 14. A few years ago I crashed my Mountain bike off a cliff and fractured my right elbow and my wrist. The elbow is not repairable at this time. I quit lifting altogether because of the pain during that time i got fat and out of shape over 5-6 years. It's only in the last couple of years that i was able to readjust the way i worked out and come up with a manageable solution to my problem. I've got my weight down to 175 from 220+ at around 12%bf. I'll probably never be able to put on the mass i once had but just being healthy is probably a good trade off.

Glad to have you here! That must have been a hell of a bike crash...

Its great to see that you're still able to stay healthy in spite of your injuries.
