Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0  |  New Here Hello everyone! I have been working out for about 3 weeks now. I used to be in shape until I got into the Computer world about 3 years ago. I started playing Lacrosse again for club here and realized how bad my body has gotten. I am 5'11'' 194 lbs I am not Fat but I would like to tone up a bit. I would actually like to get bigger in the right places also. |
