My goals are to Lose 50lbs more and Be at 210 with a 10% body fat. I am trying to do that by losing 2 lbs per week. I have hit a lul at 260-265lbs for 1 month now, need to go over the edge. I need to be more consistent with my work out regiment. I am a grocery manager so I work odd hrs. example I worked 2pm-2am last night now I have to be in at noon. So it mess me up a lot.
