Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5  |  New to here ... but not that new to the game. I'm 23, about to turn 24. I was in great shape in high school, then broke my shoulder and that was about the end of that. I swole up to a highest weight of about 300lbs. I finally decided to do something about it this April. I'm down to roughly 250 and about 25% bodyfat. I have a good deal of muscle, so Im lifting heavy to help keep that. I'm hoping to lose the rest of the fat by My buddies bachelor party in May 2006. Should be prefectly doable. There you have it. :yeah:
