Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0  |  The New Guy On The Block Hello, all I'm new to this board. I have competed in one bodybuilding show and I'm currently prepping for 2 more this year. I'm sponsored by Scivation and I love being a part of the team. It is actually more than a team but more like a family. I'm 29 years old and been training for bodybuilding for almost one year. I have been training with weights since the age of 14 but never knew anything about diet. I will be running a log in the log section so if anyone is interested please check it out.
